Return & Exchange Policy
- Scope
All products sold on Dryape.in are eligible for exchange only. We do not offer refunds. This policy applies to purchases shipped within India.
2. Exchange Window
You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The “delivery date” refers to the date shown on your shipment confirmation.
3. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

The item must be accompanied by the original order invoice or proof of purchase.

Final-sale items (e.g., clearance or promotional products) are not eligible for exchange.
4. How to Request an Exchange

Your order number

Name of the product you wish to exchange

Reason for exchange

Our team will respond within 48 hours with an exchange authorization and instructions.

Ship the item back to us within 5 days of receiving authorization, using the address provided.
5. Shipping Costs

Customer’s Responsibility: You are responsible for return-shipping costs when sending the original item back.

Dryape’s Responsibility: We cover shipping costs for sending the replacement item to you.
6. Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item and confirm eligibility:

We will process and ship your replacement within 3–5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
7. Exceptions & Special Cases

Exchanges cannot be processed for items damaged by misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care.

If an item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us at dryapeofficial@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a free exchange.
8. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All approved requests will be processed as exchanges only.
