1. Domestic Shipping Regions

We ship to all addresses within India, including P.O. boxes and military addresses.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. During sale events or peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive:

• A confirmation email with your tracking number.

• A link to the carrier’s tracking portal.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Delivery Exceptions

• Remote areas may experience additional 2–3 days of transit time.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, extreme weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

• To modify or cancel your order, email dryapeofficial@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Once the order has shipped, cancellation or change requests cannot be accommodated.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• Inspect your shipment upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, report it within 3 days by emailing dryapeofficial@gmail.com with photos of the package and item.

• For lost shipments, contact us if tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We ship only within India.
